Cancellation Policy
THE ILLUMINED PATH RETREAT Cancellation & Refund Policy All cancellations must be submitted by email to [debrajoygoldman@gmail.com](mailto:debrajoygoldman@gmail.com) The first $250 of every registration is nonrefundable. Cancel through February 2, 2027: Receive a 100% refund of all payments made above the first $250. Cancel February 3 through March 30, 2027: Receive a 50% refund of all payments made above the first $250. After March 30, 2027: Payments are nonrefundable because your place has been reserved and may no longer be possible to fill. If you are unable to attend, you will receive a credit for one virtual group, valid for six months. If we cancel the retreat: All payments, including the first $250, will be fully refunded. Exceptions may be considered at the host’s discretion in extraordinary circumstances, such as a death or serious medical or family emergency.
