Debra Joy Goldman, MS, LMHC is a licensed psychotherapist with over 35 years of experience guiding individuals and couples through emotional healing, life transitions, and spiritual growth. Since 2003, she has led Dream Groups and taught Dream Work, offering a unique, integrative approach that blends clinical training, the practice of Mental Imagery with the wisdom of Kabbalah.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that dreams are messages from the invisible world — real, timely, and capable of transforming a life.

Enter the Dream World
Dreams come from the invisible reality. They come to awaken us. Dreams Matter. I want to offer a way to listen.
My Dream Groups offer a space where people come together to explore the wisdom, guidance, and healing that arise from their dreams. Each group is simple, meaningful, and grounded in the practice of Dream Work. You do not need experience. You only need an interest in what your dreams may be offering you.
Whether we meet in person or online, the purpose is the same. We open a doorway to inner understanding, reflection, and spiritual connection.

Dream Groups provide benefits that are hard to find elsewhere. People often describe them as powerful, surprising, and comforting.

In a Dream Group, you will:

In-Person Dream Groups
Held in my Palm Beach Gardens office, these small groups offer a calm and focused setting where we work with one dream at a time. Sessions are guided, warm, and conversational. People often describe the room as peaceful and grounding.
You will receive:

• Time for sharing
• Reflection from the group
• Insights that arise naturally
• Follow up guidance when helpful

Virtual Dream Groups
Virtual Dream Groups offer the same meaningful experience as in-person gatherings, with an added sense of privacy and ease. We meet on Zoom, and I guide you through each step so the experience feels connected and natural.

• A gentle invitation to share your dream
• Insights that help you understand what the dream is saying
