I've worked as a counselor and educator for the past 20 years in the South Florida area. I specialize in marriage counseling and couples therapy, individual psychotherapy, facilitating women's group therapy and groups about imagination, dreams, and developing healthy lifestyles.

I have been dedicated to giving back to the community and created two organizations to do this over the years.

I founded and ran a nonprofit organization called the Mothers Connection in 1983. A grassroots volunteer organization for mothers by mothers. By the time I stopped running it in 1986 we had over a 100 member families. We offered support and education groups, for moms and had child care workers trained in developmental child care. This organization still exists today and has served thousands of families over the years. It is based on the idea that mothers are wise and provide the best information and support for other mothers.

In 1990-1995 I founded and ran Creative Potentials, a nonprofit therapy and counseling center. We provided sliding scale counseling and training for therapists for five years. I trained and supervised interns as well as ran my private practice.

Both organizations were ways of giving back to the community. They represent my commitment to provide counseling to people without financial sources to pay. That is why I still keep sliding scale slots open.

I also ran a self-help book discussion group for Barnes and Noble for three years to help educate the public about ways to get information from all the good books out there and to provide a bridge to go from the information in the book to utilization.

I have given workshops and seminars for groups such as The Mental Health Association, The Deaf Services Center, The Post Office, Hadassah, local churches, and Palm Beach County Employee Assistance.

For many years I've studied and taught Kabbalah and Kabbalah Medicine with well-known and respected teachers, healers, and authors, including Z'ev Ben Shimon Halevi, Dr. Gerald Epstein, and Rabbi Esther Ben Toviya.

I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling from Nova University and I am licensed since 1990 by the State of Florida as a Mental Health Counselor.

I've continued my post-graduate training with a certification from the American Institute for Mental Imagery. I have a private practice in North Palm Beach where I work with individuals, groups, and couples.

I'm the mother of three adult children and the grandmother of two. I've been married to my high-school sweetheart for 33 years and we live in South Florida with our cat, Leo (who really runs the house).
